Refunds @ Dive Technology

1. Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable after batch access, learning materials, or recorded sessions are provided. 
2. Refund requests made before the official batch start date may be eligible for partial refund after applicable administrative deductions.
3. No refund will be provided for missed sessions, voluntary course discontinuation, or lack of participation from the student side.
4. In case a batch is cancelled by the institute and no alternative batch is offered, eligible students will receive a full refund.
5. All refund requests must be submitted through official email communication and will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
